The 15 minutes relaunch

I need to start this story by giving full credit to my amazing colleague and coach-partner in crime, Kate.

It was her who had the idea of the 15 minutes method of coaching, and she used it to amazing effect with coaching for health, specifically weight-loss.

Over a three year period, she worked with countless women who had a life-long relationship with dieting which had unfortunately left them with serious health conditions, and on waiting lists for procedures like gastric band surgery.

Through her programme, many of these people transformed their relationship with food and themselves, and were able to find their way back to a healthier version of themselves.

That's why I'm calling this a re-re-re-launch. Kate passed the method on to me, and I have been working with people with a range of objectives using the method, with transformational results.

How does it work?

Do you know that there are 86,000 seconds in a day?

And did you also know that we think between 50,000-80,000 thoughts per day?

Our thoughts, and the conversations that we have with ourselves, have a massive impact on the actions we take.

As the Chinese Philosopher Lau Tzu said:

Watch your thoughts, they become your words;

Watch your words, they become your actions;

Watch your actions, they become your habits;

Watch your habits, they become your character;

Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

Put simply, the 15 minute approach to coaching seeks to change the thoughts and words that you habitually think and say by giving you high quality coaching EVERY SINGLE DAY for just 15 minutes, building up positive changes and supporting you towards the goals you want to take.

15 minutes is 900 seconds. Even if in that time, you think 1.5% of the thoughts that you will think that day, if those thoughts are more positive, more progressive, and more affirming, huge change is possible.

The 15 minute approach has helped people on their road to recovery from domestic abuse and violence (in association with other methods of practical support), setting up businesses, fertility, confidence, health, getting a new job... the list goes on.

It's an intense process, but offers unrivalled and completely unique levels of support during life changes, whether they are big or small. There is no other coaching model like this being offered anywhere in the world right now.
