The 15 Minute Coaching model is a unique model, pioneered by an amazing colleague of mine and first used for weight loss.

Whats in it for me? 

If you need changes to happen in your life.

If doing the same things and reacting the same way to the situations around you are leaving you feeling dissatisfied, then coaching is something that, by it's very nature, is designed to help you. 

​

However, in the early stages of making change in life, its easy to come across hurdles that just seem too big to overcome. 

​

The 15 Minute Coaching model helps you to overcome these, by providing you with access to someone who can help you think and act your way to your ideal life. 

​

What will I get from The 15 Minute Model? 

Short answer - the life that you would prefer to live. 

​

Longer answer - a new way of thinking, more positive attitudes to challenges, the self-confidence that comes from knowing that with a little thought, you can overcome anything. 

​

My aim with this model is to get you through the fragile early days of change, and then equip you to become your own coach through the habits and tools that we will develop together. 

​

OK, great - how does it work?

The Model is flexible depending on what you want to achieve and how long it's likely to take to get there, but it starts with a focussed 6 week program, when you will have 1:1 support and availability from me every single day. 

​

We start with a Goal Setting session which is usually 60-90 minutes. You'll finish this session with total clarity around your ultimate goal, and the first few concrete steps to take to get there. 

​

Then for the next two weeks we will have daily check ins to confirm your progress, reflect on your journey, and tackle any barriers before they become too big. 

​

Week three includes another 60 minute check in to re-visit your goal, check we are still on course (and completely change the goal if we need to!) as well as doing some action planning for the remainder of our time together. 

​

Another two weeks of daily check ins brings us to Week five, when we start consolidating, considering what happens next, and celebrating the progress you have made over the last month or so. 

​
